
The Department of Finance in the Government of Ajman has signed a cooperation agreement with Ajman Bank to provide the Ajman Wallet recharge service for the smart payment platform "Ajman Pay" through the bank's ATMs across the UAE. A report issued by the Emirates News Agency "WAM" said that this agreement comes within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the two parties and their keenness to support the digital transformation strategy in the Emirate of Ajman, in line with the vision and directives of the wise leadership and consolidate the leading position that the emirate enjoys in this field. The agreement was signed by Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, director general of the department, and Mohammed Abdul Rahman Amiri, CEO of Ajman Bank, in the presence of a number of senior officials from both sides. Marwan Ahmed Al Ali stressed that Ajman Finance is always working to strengthen government partnership with the financial and banking sector in order to employ various means of digital innovation to improve the quality of financial services and provide various methods and channels that suit different categories of customers. Al Ali pointed out that the launch of this new service aims to provide ease and convenience in charging the Ajman wallet, as part of the department's strategy aimed at enhancing the level of customer satisfaction and ensuring their happiness. Mohammed Abdul Rahman Amiri, CEO of Ajman Bank, stressed that the bank has always sought to establish partnerships that would contribute to achieving the goals of digital transformation and improving the quality of services provided to the public. He explained that this agreement comes with the aim of providing greater flexibility to customers and facilitating the shipment of Ajman wallet.
