Quality Policy – Department of Finance – Government of Ajman
The Department of Finance – Government of Ajman is committed to achieving leadership in public finance management by developing financial policies and systems that lead to financial sustainability in the Emirate of Ajman and achieve customer happiness, with emphasis on the following:
- Continuous development of the department’s services and activities through the support of the leadership team, the results of stakeholder studies, and the results of institutional performance, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the standards of the Ajman Government Excellence Program, the international standard for customer experience, and customer impressions.
- Working to achieve quality goals and reviewing them periodically.
- Compliance with relevant legal and legislative requirements, and all service level agreement requirements.
- Measuring the satisfaction of the department’s clients with the services provided in order to meet their needs, exceed their expectations, and continuously enhance their satisfaction.
- Working to enhance the efficiency of the Finance Department staff, providing them with all the necessary resources, and motivating them to take initiative and excel.
