
The Department of Finance in the Government of Ajman organized a comprehensive Oracle accounting course to raise the efficiency of human cadres who use financial applications in the Government of Ajman, within the framework of its constant keenness to improve institutional performance and achieve optimal utilization of financial and human resources. The course, which lasted for 20 days, aims to create a main user of the system in each department to provide advice and solve problems facing the department to achieve the best levels of financial performance by enhancing the participants' abilities to use financial applications and providing them with the skills necessary to analyze and solve problems. Among the important axes are financial applications, supply chain applications, and procurement in a Mawarid system. Commenting on this topic, Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Al Khaja, Director of Accounts Department at the Finance Department in the Government of Ajman, said: "The training course aims to enhance and raise the skills and experiences of workers, upgrade human cadres in the departments, and make them a partner in providing advice and technical support for financial systems in line with best practices in this regard. Which leads to the optimal use of financial systems, in line with the vision and aspirations of the rational leadership in the Emirate of Ajman.” He added: "Organizing this type of training program reflects the department's tireless and continuous efforts to support employees in working to provide a sustainable financial system that supports the development process in the emirate and contributes to raising the level of customers' satisfaction with the services provided to them."
